Fire Alarm Test Procedure

Contact EMC to get time slot to test alarm ( this must be done first, or the Fire Brigade will arrive!)

Call EMCS (East Midland Call Centre) = 08448099980

Password = Havantfootballclub

Ask for alarm to be put on test for 0.5 hour ( please note: the alarm will come off test automatically in half an hour – do not delay the test once call to EMC has been done)

Fire Panel (located in reception)

Use key located in front panel to set panel to “Enable Control”

Take black plastic two prong key and insert into underside of call point to be tested, slide down the front cover and then remove the plastic key, this will then start the alarm, slide the front cover back into place.

The alarm can then be silenced at the panel by pushing “Silence Alarm” this should be done about 10 seconds after the alarm has been sounded.

Press reset and set “Enable Control” to off
